We would like to thank every person who donated to the Lupus fundraiser. With your help, we were able to reach our goal. It was a chilly but sunny Sunday morning, and the walk was great!
So I suppose it’s on to the next fundraising gig for Art Machine. We look forward to continuing the Lupus Loop every year, and hope to break this year’s record. In the meantime, keep an eye out for our next shindig. We’re always up to something.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who voted for us this year for Best of Philly. With your support, Art Machine Productions came in first!
2010 was our first year, and it was great. 2011 was even bigger, and better. In 2012, Art Machine will be doing fantastic things in the tattoo and fine art communities, as well as continuing our tradition of public service and community activism. So thank you to everyone who supports us. We’ll do our best to bring you the best.

We want to thank all of the people who helped make this year’s Love Machine drive a smashing success. Due to the overwhelming support and participation, we were able to gather HUGE amounts of goods for the homeless of Philadelphia. Many care packages were able to be hand delivered to people in need, and a very generous donation was able to be given to Philadelphia Brotherhood Rescue Mission right here in Fishtown.
We want to thank all of the people who helped make this year’s Love Machine drive a smashing success. Due to the overwhelming support and participation, we were able to gather HUGE amounts of goods for the homeless of Philadelphia. Many care packages were able to be hand delivered to people in need, and a very generous donation was able to be given to Philadelphia Brotherhood Rescue Mission right here in Fishtown.
The Philadelphia Brotherhood Rescue Mission has worked with helping homeless men transition into permanent housing, and in 100 years, has NEVER turned a single person away. If you are in Philadelphia, I strongly suggest assisting with any donation you are able to give. They are doing good work here. Although the drive is over for this year, I always except donations which I will bring to the shelter. Clicky on the banner for more info on PBRM.

The idea is to hand out a backpack to each person containing an assortment of daily items we all take for granted. Warm clothing, a blanket, can opener, a spoon, canteen, and book would be great as a minimum per bag. We are then distributing them grassroots style which will be a hell of a good time.

Art Machine will be accepting the following GENTLY USED items and already assembled packs during business hours:
Back Packs
Blankets
Hoodies, Jackets
Scarves, Hats, Gloves
Sweatsuits, Long Johns
Clean Underwear, Socks
Books, Harmonicas, Pencils, Sketchbooks
Reusable Water Bottles, Canteens
Nonperishable Food Items
Can Openers, Utensils
Toothbrushes, Toothpaste
Deodorant
Feminine Sanitary Napkins, etc
Soap, Hand Sanitizer
*And obviously anything else that we left out….
